Andrew Goorno Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Andy Goorno’s leadership skills and business savvy have been on display in the telecommunications industry for 20 years. As CEO of GSG, Goorno stimulates company growth by driving business efforts and strategic partnerships, as well as overseeing sales and marketing initiatives.
Prior to his role at GSG, Goorno served as co-founder and CEO of Sakon LLC, then a leading international telecommunication service provider before it was sold to Titan Corporation in 2001. Under his leadership, Sakon delivered voice, data and internet services to many underprivileged regions of the world, including the completion of what was at the time the largest broadband network across India.
A graduate of Stanford University, he began his career with IDT. As Director of Sales he helped transition the company from a startup to a successful IPO.

Dan Hughes President
With extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, GSG President Dan Hughes leads the company’s TEM strategy, working to build systems, processes and a unique global practice that industry insiders view as one of the most competent TEM practices in the world. He directs company-wide financial controls and collaborates with senior management to set the strategic plan, developing products and services and managing all key accounts and partnerships.
Previously, Hughes was a director at Sakon where he supervised its global network deployments; negotiated major telecom and equipment procurement contracts, oversaw financial planning, as well as managed outsourcing initiatives. Before that, he was a senior analyst at Chela Financial.
Hughes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with emphasis on economics from Wesleyan University and a professional business certificate in leadership and management from the University of Vermont.

Mohan Sathe VP - Operations
Mohan Sathe has played a pivotal role in GSG as he established the company’s offshore knowledge center, which now has more than 200 telecom and financial experts. As vice president of operations, he takes on overall ownership of operations and service delivery for all lines of business, which includes designing and customizing all of the development and deployment of GSG’s telecommunications expense management solutions. He also oversees the financial, cost and regulatory management for the India subsidiary.
Sathe was most recently a partner at D.V. Sathe & Co., where his responsibilities were financial forensic and investigation audit and assurance, tax consulting, project finance, valuation of business, performance and risk advisory service. Prior to that, he served as a financial controller at Gateway Systems, where he was accountable for the overall financial and cost management.
Sathe is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
