GSG works directly with your vendors to make sure wireline changes are implemented and savings are realized.

It’s a simple telecom truth: getting vendors to rectify billing errors and implement service changes can be a lesson in frustration—and you have better things to do. With GSG’s Change Management service, you get a dedicated team to oversee the provisioning process on your behalf, from start to finish.

GSG requests credits or refunds directly from your carriers, making sure that they cover the entire span of the billing error and include all taxes and OCCs (other charges and credits). Once disputes and orders are placed, we wait one billing cycle to receive the new invoices and confirm that the credits and savings occurred. If the vendors make incorrect changes or fail to make them at all, GSG follows up tirelessly until the issue is resolved. All the while, you can glimpse the progress of your savings through the WirelineManager portal, which features:

  • An Order Summary: A detailing of each order placed, including location, cost center, carrier, order number, order confirmation date and savings amount.
  • A Savings Dashboard: An executive-level snapshot that provides savings results by location, vendor and service type. The report includes savings by site and business unit as well as optional budget impact evaluation. We have found this report to be highly useful for internal representation of the project’s success.
